Kristina Yano – RA- Out of School Care Supervisor

Kristina graduated from the Radio, Broadcasting and Communication program at BCIT in May of 2007. She has been working as an Out of School Care Educator at Cedar Drive for 9 years. Previously she volunteered at a children’s art camp during the summer months. Kristina grew up in Port Moody and currently lives in Coquitlam with her fiancé and her cat , Mango. She is looking forward to and very busy planning her June 2018 wedding! Kristina enjoys entertaining and spending time with family and friends. She also loves singing, listening to music, playing dodge ball, watching movies, shopping and going for walks.

Jessica Stephens- Early Childhood Educator 
Jessica finished her ECE schooling at Ridge Meadows College in June of 2013 and is currently working on finishing up her final practicum for her full ECE licence. She completed her first practicum in our daycare program and then started working as relief staff in all 3 programs at Cedar Drive in January of 2014. She now works full time in the Out of School Care program. Jessica has been babysitting a wide variety of different ages since she was 12 years old and has always had a passion for taking care of children. She grew up in Port Moody but currently resides in Port Coquitlam with her boyfriend, Gord and toy papillion dog, Maggie. In her spare time she enjoys playing softball, hiking, watching movies and spending a lot of quality time with her friends and family.

Allison Moore- RA
Allison has been involved with Cedar Drive Preschool for the past 14 years. She initially joined the preschool Board of Directors in September 2002 and became an employee at the centre in September 2004. Allison has fulfilled many roles at the centre including teaching in our preschool and daycare program as well as providing relief teaching. Allison is currently working in our Out of School Care Program. A long time resident of Port Coquitlam, Allison resides with her husband and her high school aged daughter. She loves spending time with her family, cooking, and baking. Allison is a nature lover and enjoys working outdoors in her garden and going for nature walks with her dog.

Kailyn Nielsen – Early Childhood Educator
Kailyn graduated from the ECE program at Vancouver Career College in 2015. After completing her practicum at Cedar Drive, she was very excited to join the team and begin working in both the Daycare and Out of School Care programs in November 2015. Outside of work Kailyn enjoys reading and spending her time outdoors.

Lorianne Pauls – Early Childhood Educator
Lorianne graduated from the ECE program at Vancouver Career College in 2015, and is a licensed early childhood educator. She loves children, reading and performing in musicals. She has been in over 15 productions and loves every minute of it. Lorianne got married in April 2016 and is happily living in Maple Ridge with her new husband.
