Kathy Geremia – Early Childhood Educator / Preschool Supervisor

Kathy Geremia is a fully licensed Early Childhood Educator who has been working in the field for over 25 years. Kathy has been a teacher here at Cedar Drive Preschool Society since its inception in 1999 and though she has taught in all of the available programs, her focus and involvement has been primarily in preschool. Kathy lives in Langley with her husband and their dog, Yogi. They are the parents of three grown children and as of 2011, the proud grandparents of their granddaughter, Autumn. Kathy is an extremely active person who enjoys spending time outdoors and especially cherishes her time spent at her home in Arizona.

Yvonne Trampleasure – Early Childhood Educator / Infant Toddler Educator / Special Needs Educator

Yvonne graduated from the Early Childhood Education program at Kwantlen college in 1993 and obtained her Infant Toddler Education and Special Needs Education Certificates the following year. Yvonne has worked in a variety of roles at Cedar Drive Preschool since 1999 and currently teaches in both the preschool and daycare program. She previously lived in Port Coquitlam for 10 years and now resides in Pitt Meadows with her husband, son, daughter and two cats. She loves spending time with her family and friends and enjoys regular gym workouts, bike riding, reading and music.

Laura Allan – Early Childhood Educator / Infant Toddler Educator / Special Education Assistant / Daycare Supervisor

Laura completed her Early Childhood Education at Douglas College in 1990 and continued on to receive her citation in Infant Toddler Education and Special Education Teacher Assistant. Laura has been teaching at Cedar Drive for over 15 years and has worked as an early childhood educator in both the preschool and daycare programs. She currently supervises the daycare program and teaches in the preschool program. Laura is married and has 3 children and 2 stepchildren. She keeps busy by spending time with family, working out, bike riding, reading, and pursuing her educational goals.
