Our educators are qualified in Early Childhood Education and are licensed under the Community Care Facilities Licensing Board of BC. They have current training in Emergency First Aid and CPR. They are caring, knowledgeable and dedicated professionals with considerable experience in educating children.

We strive to tailor the activities of the program to meet the needs and interests of your child. It is our goal to make preschool, daycare and out of school care a fun and positive experience in your child’s journey of learning.

Our manager – Michelle Lahti
Michelle became involved at Cedar Drive Preschool Society as an Executive Board Member for many years while her 2 young children both attended preschool. She was then able to join the Cedar Drive team as Manager of the centre once her children have moved on.   Before having children Michelle worked as a manager at Winners for 10 years as well as being District Training Specialist for the Western Region for 2 years. Michelle enjoys travelling as she has family in Phoenix and Connecticut as well as spending time with her two dogs, Lily and Bruce.
